
Money Moves was conducted by Ipsos Mori, a research agency with a wealth of experience in financial research.
The qualitative research consisted of seven group discussions, with some of these participants having completed scrapbook tasks prior to the groups. These were used to bring to life the emotions at play behind financial decision-making and the role of media in helping them make these decisions.

In addition, we added questions to the Mori Financial Services tracking survey to gain greater understanding of our own audiences and their channel preference.
