There are three ways to deliver your print-ready artwork to the Guardian and Observer:

1. Adstream's Pagestore software (Quickcut)
If you have Pagestore yourself, you will know how to use it and should be able to find the Guardian delivery specifications easily. If you have any problems, please contact Quickcut who will be able to advise you.
 
If you don't have Pagestore you can get it by calling Quickcut.

Pagestore is paid-for software and there is a subsequent per-file cost for each delivery.

2. Vio AdSend
Adsend is a web browser-based system that will check your ad for file integrity and match it against our delivery requirement specifications including Ad Size. There is a small subscription fee and a small fee for each file delivery.

3. Printsure
This system is free to use. Printsure is a web-browser based system similar to AdSend but is only for mono advertising. To use this system you should email our team, who will then set up an account for you.

You will need the following information to do this:

• Company/Organisation name
• Contact name
• Contact telephone number
• Contact email address

You will then be sent your log-in details and some simple instructions.
