Entering couldn't be easier.

  • For each entry you need to submit a nomination form along with a written paper of no more than one page. Please note - to qualify, all campaigns must have run in national newspapers (and their websites where relevant) in the UK between July 1 2007 - June 30 2008.
  • Supporting materials such as advertising or other visuals can also be submitted. Please note that the return of creative materials cannot be guaranteed.
  • Guardian News & Media and Media Week reserve the right to publish your entry in print or online.
  • The deadline for entry has been extended, but make sure you send your entry to planningawards@guardian.co.uk no later than 5pm on Friday June 27 2008.
