- To enter the awards you must be over 18 and resident in the UK
- All entries must relate to campaigns that have run in national newspapers (and their websites where relevant) between July 1 2007 and June 30 2008.
- To enter the awards you must submit the official entry form by 5pm on Friday June 21 2008. Any entries received after this time will not be considered for any reason.
- All entries must be emailed to planningawards@guardian.co.uk
- You may enter the competition as many times as you like.
- All entrants into the awards agree to be bound by and comply with all Terms & Conditions, and any other requirements set out in promotional materials.
- The judges have sole discretion regarding acceptance of entries, and reserve the right to disqualify entries if they have grounds to believe Terms & Conditions have been breached.
- The judges decision on all matters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with any entrants.
- Return of entries and creative materials cannot be guaranteed.
- GMM and Media Week reserve the right to publish all entries in print or online.
