  1. To enter the awards you must be over 18 and resident in the UK
  2. All entries must relate to campaigns that have run in national newspapers (and their websites where relevant) between July 1 2007 and June 30 2008.
  3. To enter the awards you must submit the official entry form by 5pm on Friday June 21 2008. Any entries received after this time will not be considered for any reason.
  4. All entries must be emailed to planningawards@guardian.co.uk
  5. You may enter the competition as many times as you like.
  6. All entrants into the awards agree to be bound by and comply with all Terms & Conditions, and any other requirements set out in promotional materials.
  7. The judges have sole discretion regarding acceptance of entries, and reserve the right to disqualify entries if they have grounds to believe Terms & Conditions have been breached.
  8. The judges decision on all matters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with any entrants.
  9. Return of entries and creative materials cannot be guaranteed.
  10. GMM and Media Week reserve the right to publish all entries in print or online.
