 Corporate ethical behaviour
time-at-uni
72% of final year university students stated they would have to feel happy with a prospective employer's ethical record.

Of those who stated that salary was one of the most important factors in choosing their first job, around 70% still said they would have to feel happy with their employer’s corporate social responsibility policy.

The more ethical an employer was perceived to be, the better they felt staff were treated and the more attractive they were as an employer.
