What is the Guardian Diversity Ad Network?
The Guardian Diversity Ad Network is a selection of leading specialist sites catering for audiences from a range of different backgrounds. It gives advertisers an easy and effective way to enhance their campaign reach to communities that may be under-represented on other jobs sites.

Why create the Network?
“People are not alike. Everyone is different. Harnessing these differences will create a productive environment in which everybody feels valued, their talents are fully utilised and organisational goals are met.” CIPD

As diversity of workforce becomes increasingly important, the Guardian has responded by creating a Network of sites that allow advertisers to easily broaden the reach of their campaign amongst varied jobseeking groups.

Sites include:
www.pinkpaper.co.uk
www.theasiantoday.co.uk
www.disabled-world.com
www.attitude.co.uk
www.bbinitiative.com
www.thestudentroom.co.uk

How to advertise on the Network
Banners, leaderboards, MPUs and skyscrapers can be bought across the Network either as part of your Guardian Jobs campaign, or to run on the Network on its own.
Guardian Jobs will then organise for your adverts to run across all the sites in the network for the length of your campaign.
Adverts are bought on a CPM basis with a minimum campaign of 30,000 page impressions.
